Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and the publisher of Sunday Club. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

Sunday Club is a weekly product launch directory with a community feed. Makers submit products. We review them and publish them in weekly editions. Members can post updates, comment, vote, and follow each other.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give accurate information when you sign up.
• One account per person.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Your content

• Only submit products you have the right to represent, and only post content you have the rights to.
• You keep ownership of everything you post.
• You grant Sunday Club a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the site, in feeds, and in our newsletter. This is what lets us show your launch to people.
• We may edit listings for formatting, and we may decline a listing that does not fit the site.

Paid services

Some options are paid. All of them are one-time fees, not subscriptions:

• Fast-Track: your submission is scheduled into an upcoming weekly edition with priority placement.
• Front Page: your product is published right away and pinned to the homepage for the period shown at purchase.
• Ad slots: a clearly labeled ad placement over the dates you choose.

Prices are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees pay for the placement or scheduling service itself. They do not buy votes, traffic, rankings, or any other outcome.

Refunds

• If we reject a paid submission, we refund the fee in full.
• Once a placement has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
• If you are a consumer in the EU: paid services start right away, at your request. You acknowledge that once the service has been delivered, the legal right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Prohibited use

Do not:

• Post spam, malware, or phishing content
• Manipulate votes, through multiple accounts, bots, or paid votes
• Scrape or crawl the site at scale
• Impersonate another person or company
• Post unlawful content
• Try to access accounts that are not yours

Moderation

We may hide or remove content, and suspend accounts, when these rules are broken. We keep the site calm on purpose, and we try to be fair about it.

Third-party links

Products listed here link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No warranties

Sunday Club is provided as is. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free, and we do not guarantee any result from being listed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably goes to the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer rules give you another venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
